The Process
After ordering, please complete the Marketing Material Design Questionnaire. The form can be accessed by clicking here. The purpose of this form is to establish design identity for the development of the design for flyers, thank you cards, business cards, etc. After completion of both the payment and form, we will contact you to begin the design. Please be as thorough as possible when completing the form and feel free to note any questions that you might have so that we can address them right away.
Anticipated Timeframe
Standard turn-around time can typically vary anywhere from 3-6 business days. It honestly varies based on how timely you are with getting the necessary information over and if the design requires printing in addition. Please know that because I want to ensure the best results for your brand, I will work around the clock to make sure that I can guarantee the best results in a timely fashion.
Edits & Revisions Policy
Edits/Revisions are minor changes to fonts, colors, placement of content, or adding/removing elements.
After completion, I allow one round of edits and revision requests for free, any additional round would be subject to a $5 fee. A round would be considered completed after I review your requests and make the necessary changes to send it back to you. If any additional requests are made thereafter, the fee would be assessed unless it was an error on our end.
